摘要
从PXI总线机械规范要求出发,对PXI总线测试平台的热模型进行分析,实现了8槽机箱的风道设计,选择了合适的冷却方式,并根据数值计算进行风扇选型;运用CFD热分析软件仿真在高温条件下机箱进出风口温升、系统控制器CPU温度,验证设计的合理性;最后运用实验测试数据与仿真数据进行对比,验证了仿真数据的准确性。
According to the Mechanical Requirements of PXI Specification, the thermal model o f PXI bus test system is built and ana lyzed, which including the wind tunnel design of 8 slots chassis, the choice of proper cooling method, and the choice of fans based on numeri- cal calculation. A CFD thermal analysis software is used to simulate the temperature increase from air intake vent to air exhaust vent and the temperature of the CPU of system controller in high temperature, which verifying the design are reasonable. Finally, the experiment data is used to contrast with the simulation data.
