摘要
针对目前乳汁质量检测系统在在线性和性价比上的不足,在论述超声波乳汁成分检测原理的基础上,提出了一种基于TDCGP2芯片的超声波乳汁质量分析法;介绍了超声乳汁质量检测系统的硬件与软件设计,该系统采用了由TDC-GP2为测时核心,超低功耗MSP430单片机为控制核心的硬件电路;软件设计采用了模块化程序设计思想,给出了硬件结构框图、部分硬件电路和软件程序流程图;最后用不同脂肪百分含量的样品液对系统进行了测试,得出在乳汁中非脂固形物百分含量一定时,相同温度下声速随脂肪百分含量的增加而递减,在相同脂肪百分含量的情况下声速随温度的升高而增加。
In view of the present milk quality detection system in the lack of the linear and performance, a new method based on TDC GP2 chip ultrasonic breast milk quality analysis is proposed and realized. Based on the analysis of the ultrasonic propagation characteristics and main components of breast milk, in the designed system, a TDCGP2 chip is used as time measurement core, and a MSP430 single chip processor is used as the control unit for the circuit. The modular programming is adopted in the software , and the hardware structure dia gram and program flow chart are given. Finally the system was tested by the sample of different fat content . And the conclusion is that, When the content of non fat solids in the milk is certain, the velocity of sound decrease with the increase of the fat content at the same tem perature, and as well as, the velocity of sound increase with the increase of temperature at the same fat content.
