摘要 针对现有的车辆碰撞检测系统中对碰撞信号检测容易受到外界干扰,信号检测准确性不强的问题,设计了一套新的车辆碰撞检测系统;运用AIC23振动信号传感器对碰撞过程中汽车产生的噪声信号与正常碰撞信号的频率特征进行提取,系统中引入了抗干扰震动传感网络过滤干扰方法,设计了一种碰撞信号最小二乘估计插值法,对碰撞中的信号和干扰信号进行融合,准确区分交通事故发生时,碰撞信号与非碰撞信号的信号特征,保证检测的准确性;以重庆某汽车厂碰撞实验室器材测试的结果证明,以此方法为基础设计的检测系统对车辆碰撞信号进行提取,在存在较大外界干扰的情况下,碰撞检测准确率达到了97%,比传统系统有了7%的提高,优化效果明显。 In view of the existing vehicle collision detection in the system of collision detection are susceptible to interference signal, sig nal detection accuracy is not strong, design a set of based on the A1C23, vehicle collision detection systems. Sensor using the AIC23 vibration signal in the process of collision vehicle noise signal produced by the collisions with normal signal frequency characteristics were extracted, in troduced in the system anti jamming filtering interference vibration sensor network point of view, we design a signal collision feast square estimation interpolation method, the collision signal and interference signal in the fusion, accurately distinguish between traffic accident occur collision signal and the signal characteristics of impact signal, ensure the accuracy of the test. A car factory in chongqing collision lab equip ment testing experiments show that this method is designed on the basis of the detection system of vehicle collision detection, in the presence of larger interference, the accuracy rate reached 97%, has improved by 7%than the traditional system.
