摘要
针对步进电机机械载物时控制精度不高、低频振动、高频出力不足等现象,提出了一种基于二维细分技术的高精度定位方法,并研制出了控制系统;建立以Cortex-M4控制和光栅作为反馈元件的全闭环控制系统,克服了步进电机微步爬行的现象;实现了大行程、稳定性好、高精度的自动定位,定位精度达到了±2″,并应用到时栅分度试验转台上。
A high precision positioning method based on digital subdivision technology is proposed, mechanical loading and control sys- tem for stepper motor is developed. The closed loop control system is controlled by Cortex--M4 and grating as the feedback element, over- comes the stepper motor micro step crawling. The system achieves a large stroke, good stability, high precision automatic positioning, the positioning accuracy is -4- 2, and applied to the time grating sensor turntable successfully.
