摘要
将动力电源管理系统中各主要的工作单元作为CAN节点,总成控制系统通过CAN总线实现各主要控制单元的调度,以CAN总线实现了适用于电动车辆的锂离子蓄电池动力电源总成的控制网络;在功能分析的基础上给出了控制网络结构,并针对系统应用特点详细说明了CAN节点主要的软件结构及关键数据实时性与准确性的保障方法;以250kbit/S波特率对CAN总线控制网络进行实际测试;实验结果表明,当总线占用率低于60%时单总线报文的平均传输用时为0.8ms且极少出现报文错误。
The power assemble control system dispatch the control command through the CAN bus, All the main functional units in the power management system served as the CAN bus node. A control network based on CAN bus was implemented in this paper, which was used to the lithiumion battery power management system on the electric vehicle. The structure of the control network was proposed, ac cording to the characteristic of the battery power system control. The control software structure of every control node was analyzed, the ac curacy and real feature of the key control data also discussed in this paper, and some advices about these questions was discussed in this thesis too. CAN bus experiment proved that, the bus showed high efficiency when the bus busy rate less than 60%.
