摘要
针对高速旋转弹的转速高、在姿态参数测试中误差随时间积累较快的问题,设计了基于CC430的高速旋转弹弹载测试系统;该系统主要由薄膜线圈式地磁传感器、CC430及闪存组成,其具有误差不随时间积累、可靠性高、响应速度快、微功耗、数据传输方便等优点;利用CC430单片机实时采样地磁传感器的输出信号,经调理适配电路、AD转换后存放在闪存中;待测试过程完成后,通过CC430自带的无线射频模块将数据传输至计算机处理得到高速旋转弹的转速;利用该系统对某型号的子母弹进行实弹测试,得到子弹抛撒过程中转速,清晰展示了弹丸的全弹道转速运动规律,与实弹测试时的遥测结果相吻合。
Faced with the problem of high rotation speed and the error accumulate with time fast in attitude measurement, Designed high speed rotating missile test system. This system is mainly composed of the following three parts: film coil geomagnetic sensor, CC430 and flash. It has following advantages: error do not accumulate with time, high reliability, fast response, low power and data transmission is convenient. Using CC430 microcontroller sampling the signal output from film coil geomagnetic sensor, deal it with conditioning adapter cir cuit, AD conversion circuit and then stored in flash memory. After test completed, through RF wireless mode in CC430 transmission data to computer to get speed of high speed rotating missile. Using this system to test live fire, get missile's speed in spreading process, clearly demonstrated the projectile motion trajectory of speed, and it coincide with the results of telemetry.
