摘要
通过研究和分析潜水装具零部件结构和拆装方法,设计了一套专门针对潜水装具零部件的虚拟拆装系统,以实现零部件拆卸和装配的虚拟仿真;系统利用Solidworks三维建模和WPF编程技术,对潜水装具主要零部件分别进行实体建模,并将三维模型转换为WPF程序可识别的xaml语言格式,接着在WPF编程环境下对单个零件模型进行控制,最终实现虚拟仿真拆装;目前使用的全闭式和半闭式潜水装具具有结构复杂、零部件多的特点,采用此方法制作的虚拟拆装训练系统可达到与实物拆装相类似的效果,提高了使用者操作和维护潜水装具的水平;通过WPF技术可灵活地对三维模型的运动进行控制,简化实现交互的方法,适用于复杂结构的三维虚拟仿真系统的快速开发。
According to research and analysis for components structure and disassembly--assembly method of diving apparatus, a special virtual disassembly assembly system of diving apparatus components is designed and disassembly-- assembly virtual simulation of components is realized. With Solidworks 3D Model--Building and WPF program technology, the main part models is built separately and actually , and 3D model files are transformed into xmal file that WPF program can identify. Then, these models are controlled separately and disassembly and assembly virtual simula- tion is realized. Now, The close and semi--close diving apparatus used is characterized by complicated structure and more parts. The similar effect with real parts disassembly and assembly is acquired by virtual disassembly and assembly training system. The user ability of operation and maintenance of diving apparatus is enhanced. With WPF technology, movement of 3D models is controlled flexibly and realization to interact is simplified. So, it is suitable to develop rapidly for 3D virtual simulation system of complex structures.
