摘要
针对水动力拖车综合试验对多参数数据采集的要求,介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术构建多参数数据采集系统的设计方法;采用PXI总线模块化仪器和LabVIEW图形化软件平台开发数据采集设备,能够缩短研制周期,降低研制费用;实践证明,应用虚拟仪器技术开发的数据采集系统,具有较高的测量精度和稳定的工作性能,同时还有较强的环境适应能力,完全满足水动力拖车综合试验对数据采集的特殊要求。
Based on hydrodynamic trailer comprehensive test of the multi parameter data acquisition requirements, it is introduced that the design method for building multi parameter data acquisition system using virtual instrument technology. And data acquisition equipment is developed using PXI Bus modular instruments and LabVIEW graphical software platform developed. This can be able to shorten the devel opment cycle and reduce development costs. It is proved by practice that the application of virtual instrument technology to develop data ac quisition system has high measurement precision and stable performance, along with strong environmental adaptability. And it can fully meet the hydrodynamic trailer test data collection ot" special requirements.
