摘要
为了解决高开关频率引起的高开关损耗以及传统的充电技术影响蓄电池寿命的问题,设计了一种采用软开关技术以及AVR单片机控制的充电机。该充电机主电路采用三相无源直流侧LC滤波器,提高功率因数;直直充电模块采用软开关移相全桥电路,副边采用全波整流形式;通过单片机给定基准值由运放组成的PI调节器来实现电压环和电流环的双环反馈调节,确保电源输出的精度和稳定性。实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
In order to solve the problems of high switching loss caused by high switching frequency and the battery life af- fected by traditional charging technology , a charger was designed by soft-switching technology and controlled by the AVR micro- controller.The main circuit with three-phase passive LC filter to improve the power factor; DC/DC charging module uses soft- switching phase-shifted full-bridge circuit, the secondary side with the full-wave rectifier; to ensure the accuracy and stability of the power output ,the microcontroller was used to give the PI regulator reference value voltage loop and current loop feedback regulation.
