摘要
构建一个高效的逆向物流系统既是绿色理念的客观要求,也是降低成本、提高服务和管理水平、增强出版社竞争力的必然要求.然而,要精确给出经济效益、服务水平和管理水平这三个方面的绩效结果是比较困难的.模糊综合评价法是一种基于模糊数学的综合评标方法,能较好地解决模糊的、难以量化的问题,适合各种非确定性问题的解决.因此,可以利用模糊综合评价方法来评估出版业逆向网络系统绩效.
The construction of an efficient reverse logistics system is not only the objective requirement to carry out the green concept, but also the inevitable requirement to reduce costs, improve service and management level, to enhance the publisher＇s competitiveness. However, it is difficult to evaluate the performance of the economic benefits . service level and management level accurately. Based on fuzzy mathematics, it is easy for the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to solve a variety of non-deterministic problems. There- fore, the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is used to assess the performance of the reverse network system in the publishing industry.
