摘要
通过田间试验,研究了不同移栽期对烤烟生长发育、农艺性状、经济效益、感官评吸、物理性状、常规化学成分以及色素和香气的影响.结果表明,提前或推迟移栽主要使烟叶成熟期和还苗期延长或缩短,其次是伸根期,对旺长期影响不大;04-28到05-05移栽处理的烟株的农艺性状、经济效益和感官质量较好;随着移栽期的后移,蛋白质含量总体上呈逐渐增加的趋势,还原糖和总糖含量表现出先升高后降低的趋势,其中中部叶含量最高,钾含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,糖碱比则随着移栽期的后移而逐渐升高,各化学成分总体以04-28至05-12移栽处理较好;色素降解类产物、非酶棕色化反应降解产物、西柏烷类降解产物及苯丙氨酸类降解产物总体以04-28至05-12移栽处理含量最高,并达到显著差异水平.
A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of transplanting periods on growth and development , agronomic characters, economic benefit, sensory taste, physical properties,conventional ingredients, pigment and aroma component in flue-cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that advancing or postponing the transplanting periods made the maturity and seedling recurrenting stage prolong or short firstly and root extending stage secondly. It had less effect on vigorous growing stage; The agronomic characters,economic benefit and sensory taste were the best if transplanting from April 28th to May 5th With postponing the transplanting periods, protein increased in general, reducing sugar and total sugar increased firstly and then decreased and the contents were the highest in the middle leaves, potassium element had the same law with reducing sugar and total sugar, and sugar-nicotine ratio increased. The conventional ingredients was coordinate if transplanted from April 28th to May 12th;The four kinds of aroma components were the highest when transplanting from April 28th to May 12th and there was a significant difference between them.
