无矿柱上向水平分层充填法在石湖金矿的应用 被引量:10

摘要 针对河北省灵寿县石湖金矿区深部矿体特点和原留矿法存在的问题,开展了无矿柱上向水平分层充填法试验研究,介绍了该采矿方法的采场设计参数、采切回采和充填工艺(包括采场假底制作),并与传统的留矿法进行了经济效果对比,实践证明,回采率99%、贫化率1%的先进指标为矿山深部高效安全开采提供了支撑技术。 In view of the characteristics of the deep orebody and the problems existed in original shrinkage method in Lingshou Shihu gold mine which located in Hebei province, experimental research on the non-pillar upward horizontal slice stopping and filling was carried out. The stope parame- ters, stoping and backfill technologies, including the con- struction of artificial stope bottom for this mining were in- troduced. In addition, a comparison of economic results be- tween the current stoping method and original shrinkage method was made. The experience has proved that the the non-pillar upward horizontal slice stopping and filling with such advanced indicators as ore recovery rate of 990/00 and ore dilution rate 1% provides a technical support for efficient and safe mining in the deep of the mine.
