微生物抑制剂在赤铁矿反浮选脱硅中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 淀粉是赤铁矿反浮选工艺中常用的赤铁矿抑制剂,而淀粉来源于粮食,寻找无毒、成本低、效果好的非淀粉类抑制剂意义重大。以食品厂废弃茵体为主要成份制成的微生物抑制剂DY-1并用于赤铁矿反浮选脱硅,结果表明:对单一赤铁矿体系,油酸钠为捕收剂,在pH-9条件下,赤铁矿的上浮率随DY-1用量的增加而下降,直至被完全抑制;对赤铁矿、石英共存体系,在pH-11.88和采用活化剂氯化钙条件下,DY-1仍对赤铁矿有较好的抑制效果。当DY-1用量为400~500g/t时,对原矿品位22.8%的鞍山地区铁矿石浮选,可获得精矿铁品位为65.79%,回收率达到86.55%的技术指标。 Starch which comes from food is usually used as de- pressor in reverse-flotation of hematite ores, so it is of great sig- nificance to look for a nontoxic, low-cost and effective depressor but not belonging to starch. The microorganism depressor DY-1 which takes abandoned bacteria in bakery and confectionery as the main ingredient was used to remove Si by reverse-flotation of hematite ores. The result showed that in unitary hematite sys- tem with sodium oleate as collectors, the recovery of hematite decreased to zero with the increasing of DY-1 dosage under the condition of pH = 9. While in hematite and quartz co-existing system with sodium oleate as collectors and calcium chloride as activator, the depressing effect of DY-1 was good under condition of pH=11.88. When the dosage of DY-1 was 400-500 g/t, the technical indexes that Fe concentrate grade was 65. 79% and Fe recovery was 86.55% were gotten in the flotation of iron ore with raw ore grade of 22.80G from Anshan region
