摘要
针对云南某铜锌硫化矿嵌布粒度复杂,与脉石紧密共生的特点,以细磨使其基本单体解离,选择等可浮试验流程,以乙硫氮作为铜的捕收剂,以丁黄药作为锌的捕收剂,以组合药剂YZN作为铜锌分离时锌的抑制剂,在原矿含铜0.35%,含锌0.75%的条件下,获得铜精矿含铜21.12%,回收率65.38%,锌精矿含锌43.16%,回收率63.45%的闭路试验结果,达到了工业生产的要求。
In the light of the characteristics of a copper-zinc sulfide ore in Yunnan, such as complicated dissemination sizes and close coexistence with gangue, fine grinding was carried out to achieve single liberation and iso-flotation experimental flow was chosen. Using employing diethyl dithiocarbamate as copper collector, butyl xanthate as zinc collector and combining reagent YZN as zinc depressant in copper zinc separation, when the copper and zinc grades of raw ore were 0.35% and 0. 75% respectively, resuits were obtained as follows: copper content in copper concentrate was 21. 12% and recovery was 65. 38%; zinc content in zinc concentrate was 43.16% and recovery was 63.45%, which meeting the requirements of industrial production.
