某复杂锑铅锌银多金属硫化矿综合回收试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Comprehensive Recover of Complex Sb-Pb-Zn-Ag Multi-metal Sulfide Ore

摘要 针对某复杂锑铅锌银硫化矿嵌布粒度细、共生关系密切等特点,采用优先浮选锑铅-再选锌的工艺方案,闭路试验获得了铅锑精矿(Sb+Pb)品位55.64%、回收率铅90.46%、锑90.76%,锌精矿品位54.71%、锌回收率89.50%,银富集于铅锑精矿中,银品位1899.4g/t、回收率87.41%的较好选矿指标,实现了对该矿产资源的综合回收利用。 According to the characteristics of a complex Sb- Pb-Zn-Ag sulfide ore, such as fine dissemination size and close intergrowth, a process consisting of the preferential flotation of Sb-Pb and the successive flotation of Zn form the Sb and Pb flotation tailings was adopted. The closed circuit flotation experiment obtained a Sb-Pb concentrate with grade of 55.64%, Pb recovery of 90.46%, Sb recovery of 90.76%, a Zn concentrate with grade of 54.71%, Zn recov- ery of 89.50%. Sliver was enriched in Sb-Pb concentrate, and the sliver grade was 1899.4 g/t, the recovery was 87.41%. The flotation indexes were satisfactory, the com- prehensive recovery utilization of mineral resources was achieved.
