摘要
类弹性蛋白多肽(elastin-like polypeptides,ELPs)是一种人工基因工程化多肽聚合物,主要由五肽重复序列单元串联而成。它对环境温度非常敏感,具有可逆温敏相变特征,加之良好的生物相容性、生物降解性及可高通量制备等优势,使其在生物医药领域展现出广阔的应用前景。本文参考国内外ELPs研究的主要文献,就其相变特性、载药潜能、载药方式及其在给药系统中的应用等方面进行综述。
Elastin-like polypeptides(ELPs) are a family of artificial and genetically engineered polypeptides composed of repetitive pentapeptide sequences.They are sensitive to ambient temperature and can undergo a reversible temperature phase transition.Together with other characteristics,such as excellent biocompatibility,biodegradability and ultra-high production,ELPs exhibit an intensive potential in the field of biology and medicine.With reference to the domestic and foreign literature related to ELPs in recent years,several aspects concerning ELPs are reviewed in this paper,including reversible phase transition characteristics,drug-loading potential and methods,and their applications in drug delivery system.
