Working patterns and training processes of US pharmacists in the oncology department

目的:介绍美国肿瘤专科临床药师的工作模式及培养过程。方法:通过介绍美国药学博士(Pharm D)肿瘤药学的课程安排,并对其考题进行举例分析,了解美国对药学博士的培养过程及考核要求。通过分析美国肿瘤专科临床药师在药学监护中的实际案例和药历记录,了解其工作模式和职责。通过对多个临床试验的分析,总结美国肿瘤专科临床药师目前所发挥的作用。结果和结论:美国临床药师的培养体系呈三级化,药师工作更加细化,在药学监护中发挥着重要的作用。

Objective：To introduce working patterns and training processes of US pharmacists in the oncology department.Methods：The education and assessment of Pharmacy Doctor （Pharm D） were illustrated by introducing the curriculums and examples of examination papers.The US pharmacists＇ working patterns and duties were uncovered through analysis of actual cases and medication history.The important roles of pharmacists were summarized through analysis of clinical trials.Results and Conclusion：A three step pattern was clearly presented in the training system of US pharmacists.The duties of pharmacists were more elaborate and pharmacists could play important roles in pharmaceutical care.
