Managing Yellow River estuary with multi-purpose coordination and integrated measures

在分析黄河河口综合治理约束条件的基础上,协调和兼顾黄河下游防洪减淤、河口地区经济社会发展、生态环境保护等多方面需求,提出了基于多目标协调的黄河河口综合治理思路、目标和入海流路、防洪防潮、水资源、生态保护等布局方案。

Restricted factors that affect management of Yellow River estuary are assessed, so as to stratlty me requirements of implementing coordinated approach of flood control and sediment reduction, promoting regional social and economic development, and ecoenvironment protection. A general layout is also prepared based on principle and target for coordinated management and multi-purpose development of Yellow Rive estuary, route of river entering into the sea, defense of flood and tide, water resource and ecological protection.
