摘要
针对负荷、风电出力波动规律和电网不同时间尺度安全运行目标,采用多时间尺度、多电源、多控制目标的协调控制策略,提出了基于大规模风电消纳的协调控制技术,构建了区域电网内风电功率与常规电源的协调控制系统。利用该协调控制系统,在有功控制方面解决了未来7 d、日前、日内风电有功出力和燃煤火电机组的协调控制问题,在无功控制方面解决了考虑风电功率分布规律的无功补偿容量优化的决策问题。
Based on the fluctuation regularity of load and wind power output and secure operation objective of power grid in different time-scales, adopting the coordinated control strategy based of multi time-scale, multi sources and multi control objectives a coordinated control technique based on the accommodation of large-scale wind power is proposed, and a control system coordinating conventional power sources with wind power within regional power grid is constructed. Using the constructed control system, in the aspect of active power control the coordinated control of fossil power generation units with day-ahead and intraday active wind power output and that in next seven-days is solved; in the aspect of reactive power control the decision of reactive power compensation capacity optimization, in which the regularity of wind power distribution is considered, is solved.
