摘要
为克服传统Z源逆变器的不足,提出了一种改进型开关电感准Z源逆变器,用自举电容代替了传统开关电感中的一个二极管。与前人提出的拓扑相比,改进型拓扑不但提高了升压能力,保证了输出波形的质量,而且使电容及开关器件的电压应力得到了降低,同时也减小了电感电流的脉动。对改进型拓扑结构进行了理论分析,仿真及实验结果验证了该拓扑的可行性。
To overcome the defects of traditional Z source inverters, an improved switched-inductor quasi-Z source inverter, in which a diode inside the original switched-inductor cell is substituted by bootstrap capacitor, is proposed. Comparing with the classic topology, the proposed improved topology not only can arise the boost ability to ensure the quality of output waveform, but also can make the voltage stress of both capacitor and switch elements decreased, meanwhile the ripper of inductor current is alleviated. The structure of this improved topology is analyzed theoretically, and results of simulation and experiments validate the feasibility of the proposed topology.
