摘要
气力输送型砂已在铸造车间普遍采用,其尾气若处理不当,对铸造车间的空气质量有很大影响,成为重要的污染源。本研究通过分析和现场测试,对气力输送尾气污染源的产生进行了分析,并根据污染源的产生机理,提出相应的污染源控制策略,为铸造车间气力输送的尾气治理提供参考。
The pneumatic conveying was commonly used for sand conveying in the foundry. If the exhaust can not be handled properly, it may be an important source which affects the air quality within the foundry. Through theoretical analysis, field testing of pneumatic conveying, the generation mechanisms of the pollution sources are discussed. And according to the generation mechanism of pollution sources, the control strategies of the pollution sources are put forward. The strategies will provide references for pneumatic conveying exhaust gas treatment in foundry.
