摘要
采用反应热喷涂/钎焊工艺在钛合金表面制备厚硬质复合层。结果表明:钎焊工艺参数对界面等温凝固层的厚度值影响较为明显,在980℃×10 min条件下,复合层组织最为致密。
Thick, rigid composite layer can be manufactured by reactive thermal spraying/braze welding technology. The results show that the welding procedure specification of braze welding has great effects on the thickness of isothermal interface solidified layer. Under condition of 980 °C×10 min, the most compact structure can be obtained.
