摘要
为了快速高效地分离纯化灵芝中三萜类化合物,考察了液相色谱条件对灵芝酸分离过程的影响,通过优化温度、洗脱液组成和梯度时间等分离条件,建立了一种有效的灵芝酸分离方法。结果表明:流动相中甲醇/水的体积分数分别为80%-100%,0-20%,乙酸体积分数为1%;洗脱温度为40℃;洗脱时间为40min;各个色谱峰在分析和半制备色谱中均达到了基线分离。最后利用所得的方法进行灵芝酸的纯化,得到高纯度的灵芝酸单体成分。
The conditions of ganoderic acids purification was investigated by optimization of temperature, acetic acid content and gradient time in HPLC system. The result showed that baseline separation of peaks was achieved at the conditions: Methanol/water was 80%-100% and 0--20%, acetic acid content of volume ratiois was 1%; temperature was 40℃; gradient time was 40 min. The high purity ofganoderic acids was recovered by the established method.
