摘要
以糖化液中还原糖的含量和色素吸光度为指标,采用单因子试验和正交试验相结合的方法对脱色的最佳工艺条件进行优化。通过研究表明:活性炭、阳离子交换树脂和阴离子交换树脂三种脱色吸附剂的串联吸附为最佳效果,工艺条件为:(1)活性炭:吸附径高比为8,糖化液流速为1.5mL/min,温度k20℃,pH为5.0-6.0。(2)阳离子交换树脂:径高比为5,糖化液流速为1.8mL/min,温度为20℃,pHi5.5-6.5。(3)阴离子交换树脂:径高比为5,糖化液流速为1.8mL/min,温度为20℃,pH为中性范围。该脱色工艺适合工业化生产。
The content of reducing sugar in the saccharification liquid and pigment absorbance as indicators respectively, the optimum conditions on the decolorization were optimized with the method of single factor experiments and ort.hogonal combination. By serial elution of three types of bleaching adsorbent, activated carbon, cation exchange resin and anion exchange resin respectively, optimum conditions are obtained, (1) activated carbon: the ratio of elution diameter high is 8, glycosylated elution flow rate 1.5 mL/ min, at room temperature 20℃, pH 5.0-45.0; (2) cation exchange resin: elution diameter high ratio is 5, glycosylated elution flow rate 1.8 mL/min, at room temperature 20 ℃, pH 5.5-6.5; (3) anion exchange resin: elution diameter high ratio is 5, glycosylated elution flow rate 1.8 mL/min, at room temperature 20 ℃, pH 7.0. The bleaching process can be used for industrial production.
