褐藻胶的超声波法降解及其对南美白对虾浸泡效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究利用超声波降解褐藻胶,用得到的降解产物浸泡南美白对虾,测定了南美白对虾的增重效果。试验通过单因素试验和正交试验,得到了使南美白对虾增重率最大的褐藻胶降解超声条件为功率800 W、超声时间20min、工作时间2 s、间歇时间6 s,南美白对虾增重率为14.11%。 Alginate was degraded by ultrasound, the lysate was used to treat Penaeus vanmamei and weight gain of Penaeus vanmamei was tested. The best conditions were certained by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment: power 800 W; work time 20 min; ltrasonic time 2 s; interim time 6 s; weight gain ofPenaeus vanmamei 14.11%.
