摘要
为了在提高果蔬干燥质量,降低果蔬的成本,研发了果蔬热风真空组合干燥机,并设计了研华工控机(IPC)+PLC+独立温度控制模块的智能自动化控制系统,同时针对控制系统滞后大,非线性和时变性差提出了PID参数模糊自整定复合控制策略。实现对果蔬干燥过程工艺参数检测与全过程优化控制。现场运行表明;样机容易控制、可靠性高、操作简便、运行平稳,可以完成工业环境下进行果蔬干燥的任务。
In order to improve the drying of fruits and vegetables quality, reduce the cost of fruits and vegetables, fruit and vegetable hot-air combined vacuum dryer was developed, and the design of Advantech [PC ([PC) intelligent automation control system of +PLC+ independent temperature control module, and control system for the big lag, nonlinear and time-variant differential forward PID parameters self-tuning fuzzy compound control strategy. Realize the detection of process parameters of the drying process and process optimization control. The field operation shows that the prototype; easy to control, high reliability, simple operation, stable running, can carry out the task of fruit and vegetable dry industrial environment.
