杨梅渣提取物及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:2

Research on the Extraction and Anti-oxidation of Flavonoids in Myricarubra marc

摘要 杨梅渣的水提物、乙醇提取物、乙醇提取后渣的水提物和乙醇提取物的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水萃取部分,分别以DPPH清除率、总还原力、FRAP法、Fe2+的络合能力等体外抗氧化模型测定各制备物的抗氧化能力,同时测定各提取物的总酚含量、总黄酮含量。结果表明:杨梅渣乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分、水提取物、渣水提取物具有较好的抗氧化能力,质量浓度越大,抗氧化能力越强,乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分总酚含量最高,为78.62 g/g,乙酸乙酯部分总黄酮含量最高,为29.74 mg/g。 The antioxidant activities of water extract, methanol extract, residue water extract and petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-BuOH and water fractions of methanol extract from Myrica rubra marc were investigated in this study. Various methods, such as DPPH radical scavenging activities, total reduction capability, Ferric reducing antioxidant power, Ferrous metal ions chelating activities were established in vitro systems. The amounts of total phenolics and total flavonoids in the extracts and fractions were also determined by spectrophotometric methods. The results showed that all the extracts and fractions exhibited antioxidant activities at different magnitudes of potency. But the ethanol extract, residue water extract, n-BuOH fraction had better antioxidant power, there was a positive correlation between the antioxidant activities and the concentrations of different extracts or fractions. The n-BuOH fraction and ethyl acetate fraction have the highest content of total phenols and total flavonoids respectively: 78.62 mg/g and 29.74 mg/g.
