摘要
介绍了反式脂肪酸(TFA)的特点和主要来源,并从TFA与冠心病、胎儿生长发育、系统炎症反应和糖尿病等的关系来说明TFA对人体健康的负面影响,提出我国需加快对TFA的进一步研究,制定出台相关的政策和措施,限制和减少食物中TFA的含量,可有效保障人体健康。
Mainly described the characteristics of trans fatty acid (TFA) and its' primary sources, then it reviewed the negative affect of the TFA on the human health from the relationship of the TFA and the coronary heart disease, the fetal growth and development, the systematic inflammation and the diabetes. Propound that China need to accelerate the further study on the TFA, then described formulated relevant policies and measures to limit and reduce the content of TFA in food is the effectively way to protect human health.
