顶空气相色谱法同时测定食品塑料包装中乙苯与苯乙烯单体 被引量:3

Simultaneous Determination of Ethylbenzene and Syrene in Food Plastic Packaging by Head-space Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立一种用于食品塑料包装中乙苯与苯乙烯含量的顶空气相色谱检测方法,对项空平衡温度、平衡时间的影响进行研究。结果表明,平衡温度在110℃、平衡时间在30min时,选用Stabilwax(30m×0.25mm,0.25μm)的毛细管色谱柱上能得到很好的分离;该方法中,乙苯单体的检出限为1.0mg/kg,苯乙烯单体的检出限为2.0mg/kg。在3.0-20.0mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;平均加标回收率分别为92.7%-94.3%和88.0%-95.2%,相对标准偏差分别为3.6%-8.3%和2.8%-7.6%。 A method was established for simultaneous determination of ethylbenzene and styrene in food plastic packaging by head-space gas chromatography. The effects of equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time on the determination were studied. The results showed that when choose Stabilwax capillary column (30m×0.25mm,0.25μm), equilibrium temperature at 110℃ and equilibrium time at 30 rain, the two groups of substances can get good separation; The detection limits of ethylbenzene and styrene were 1.0 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg. The linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 3.0-20.0 mg/L with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.999. The average recoveries for ethylbenzene and styrene were 92.7 -94.3% and 88.0%-05.2%, with relative standard deviations of 3.6%-8.3% and 2.8%-7.6%.
