原料乳中硫氰酸钠质量分数的调查与分析 被引量:5

The Investigation and Analysis of Sodium Thiocyanate in Raw Milk

摘要 为了对原料乳中硫氰酸钠的质量分数有一个大致的了解,对不同来源的生乳、全脂奶粉以及市售婴幼儿奶粉中硫氰酸钠进行抽样调查。结果表明,20份生乳样品中硫氰酸钠质量分数的平均值为3.63 mg/kg;30份全脂奶粉样品中硫氰酸钠质量分数的平均值为29.94 mg/kg;30份婴幼儿奶粉样品中硫氰酸钠质量分数的平均值为16.73mg/kg,此调查结果可为食品卫生监督部门制定原料乳中硫氰酸钠的限量标准标准提供依据。 In order to understand better the content of sodium thiocyanate in raw milk, the content of sodium thiocyanate in samples of different sources incluing raw milk, whole milk powder and infant formula were determined. The results showed the average content of sodium thiocyanate in 20 samples of raw milk was 3.63 mg/kg, the average content of sodium thiocyanate in 30 samples of whole milk powder was 29.94 mg/kg, the average content of sodium thiocyanate in 30 samples of infant formula was 16.73 mg/kg. These results may be served as a reference for the food hygiene department to formulate sodium thiocyanate standard of raw milk.
