摘要
提出了一种求解光伏电池5参数模型的方法。依据在I-V特性方程的短路点、开路点和最大功率点得到的4个表征5参数之间关系的方程,分析了二极管理想因子(a)对光伏电池输出特性的影响;然后根据标准工况下厂家提供的数据,构造第5个方程求得工况下5参数的解。基于得到的结果求解任意光照和温度下光伏电池参数,进而采用Lambert W函数的显式I-V方程得到光伏电池输出电流和电压。最后,通过与Shell S65和TDB125×125-72-P光伏电池I-V特性和最大功率实测数据比对,验证了所提出方法的正确性。
A method for determining the five-parameter model of photovoltaic cells is presented. In the method, the four equations expressing relationships among five parameters at the short-circuit point, the open circuit point and the maximum power point of I-V characteristic equation are obtained. The effects of diode ideal factor (a) on output characteristic of photovoltaic cell are analyzed. And then another equation is constructed by using data of normal condition provided by the manufacturer to obtain the values of five parameters, based on which the parameters of photovoltaic cell under any radiation and temperature can be solved. So the output current and voltage of photovoltaic cells can be solved by using explicit I-V equation based on Lambert W ftmction. Finally, the proposed method is validated to be correct by contrasting with the I-V characteristic and the measured data of maximum power of Shell $65 and TDB125×I25-72-P.
