摘要
运动副磨损是导致飞机舱门机构触发装置定位失效的重要原因。通过含磨损间隙的舱门收放机构运动仿真分析,研究了磨损间隙对舱门位置触发装置定位的影响,提出了舱门触发装置定位精度失效的极限状态方程。采用Archard粘着磨损理论建立收放机构的运动精度可靠度及可靠性灵敏度与机构工作次数之间的关系,获得了舱门收放机构的可靠度出现显著下降时的工作次数。灵敏度分析表明舱门悬挂连接处销轴处的磨损对触发装置的定位影响更为显著。
Wearing clearance is one main failure reason of the triggering mechanism of aircraft cabin door. In order to study positioning accuracy reliability of triggering mechanism of aircraft cabin door, the model of the triggering mechanism with wearing clearance was established. From the results of kinetic simulation of the mechanism, the in- fluence of wearing clearance was obtained, and a kind of failure criterion based on positioning accuracy was pro- posed. Based on Archard's wear law, the relationship between reliability and sensitivity of positioning accuracy of the mechanism and the service time was obtained. The results indicate that the reliability of the triggering mecha- nism decreases with the increasing of service time, found to be the major factor. and the dimensional change of pins at the suspended joints is
