摘要
基于转向轻便性和路感对EPS(电动助力转向系统)常用的直线型和曲线型助力特性曲线进行了分析,设计一种能更好地协调低车速时转向轻便性和高车速时路感的助力特性曲线。在MATLAB/Simulink中建立了电动助力转向系统动力学仿真模型,并对3种助力特性曲线进行了仿真研究。研究结果表明:新型助力特性曲线在低车速时具有比直线型和曲线型助力特性曲线更好的转向轻便性,在高速时具有与曲线型助力特性曲线相当,而比直线型助力特性曲线更好的路感。
In this paper, the frequently-used assistance characteristic curves of electric power steering which are called linear-typed characteristic and curve-typed characteristic are compared and analyzed based on the steering handiness and road feel. Then a new assistance characteristic curve is proposed and designed, which can coordinate the steering handiness and road feel better. At last, the dynamic model is built in MATLAB/Simulink software for simulating three kinds of assistance curve. The simulation results indicate that the new assistance characteristic curve is superior to the linear-typed and curve-typed in terms of steering maneuverability at low velocity, while at high velocity, the effect of new assistance characteristic is the same as that of curve-typed characteristic in terms of road feel, but better than linear-typed characteristic.
