摘要
为充分反映质量差构建过程中信息的模糊性,提出基于区间型语义信息的工程特性竞争优先度确定方法。引入信息论的思想分析了各项工程特性的竞争性,依据竞争性评价信息构建优化模型并通过拉格朗日函数进行求解,以确定工程特性的竞争性系数;使用转换函数将区间型语义信息转化为模糊互补判断矩阵,进一步采用行和归一化方法得到工程特性改进的合理性系数与可行性系数;依据层次分析法,获取工程特性的竞争性系数、合理性系数和可行性系数的相对重要度,最后给出了工程特性竞争优先度的计算公式。以圆锥破碎机的改进为例,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
To reflect information vagueness in building process, a determination method for competition priority ofECs was presented based on interval linguistic information. The idea of information theory was introduced to analyze the competitiveness of ECs. An optimization model was set up according to competitive preference values, and Corn-petitive Coefficients (CCs) of ECs was obtained by using Lagrange function to solve the model. A transformation function was utilized to change interval linguistic information into complementary judgment matrix, and the normal- ized rank aggregation approach was used to get Improvement Rationality Coefficients (IRCs) and Improvement Prac- tical Coefficients (IPCs) of ECs. According to analytic hierarchy process, the relative importance degree of CCs, IRCs and IPCs was obtained, and a computational formula of ECs' competition priority was proposed. An illustra tive example of a cone crusher was used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.
