疏肝利胆法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎99例疗效观察

Observation of curative effects of therapy for soothing liver- gallbladder on bile reflux gastritis

目的观察疏肝利胆法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床疗效。方法将198例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组99例予中医疏肝利胆法治疗,对照组99例予西医常规治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效,并观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分、生存质量评分。结果治疗组总有效率90.91%,对照组总有效率79.80%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组治疗后胃脘胀痛、口干口苦、灼热、大便不畅或干结方面评分以及中医证候总积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝利胆法治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of soothing liver -gallbladder therapy on bile reflux gas-tritis.Methods 198 patients with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups .99 cases in control group received routine western medicine .99 cases in treatment group were treated by therapy for soothing liver -gall-bladder .The course was 30 days in two groups .The therapeutic effect was evaluated after two courses .Traditional Chi-nese medicine syndrome score and quality of life score before and after treatment were observed in two groups .Results The total effective rate was 90.91%in treatment group.The total effective rate in control group was 79.80%.The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.05）.The improvement of clinical symptoms score including epigastric pain ,dry mouth,mouth pain,heartburn,poor or dry stools,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life score in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treat -ment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Therapy for soothing liver-gallbladder has definite effect on bile reflux gastritis .
