益肾通痹酒联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎40例临床观察

Observation of Yishen Tongbi wine combined with methotrexate on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的观察益肾通痹酒联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将80例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为2组。对照组40例予甲氨蝶呤片治疗,治疗组40例予益肾通痹酒联合甲氨蝶呤治疗。2组均2个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后症状、体征以及急性炎症指标改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%,对照组总有效率70.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后晨僵时间、肿胀指数、压痛指数及功能指数均降低(P<0.01),双手握力升高(P<0.01),且治疗组治疗后晨僵时间、肿胀指数、压痛指数及功能指数降低,双手握力均升高优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及类风湿因子(RF)均降低(P<0.01),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论益肾通痹酒联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎疗效确切。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Tongbi wine combined with methotrexate on treatment of rheumatoid arthritis .Methods 80 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group ,40 cases in each group;the control group received oral methotrexate tablets ,the treatment group given Yishen Tongbi wine combined with methotrexate .The therapeutic course was two months in two groups . Clinical efficacy,symptoms,signs and improving situation of acute inflammation indexes observed .Results The total effective rate in treatment group （97.5%） was superior to that in control group （70.0%,P〈0.05）.Duration of morning stiffness,swelling index,tenderness index and functional indices after treatment were lowered in two groups （P〈0.01）,double grip strength was increased （P〈0.01）.The decrease of duration of morning stiffness ,swelling index,tenderness index and functional indices and increase of double grip strength in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.01）.ESR,RF and CRP after treatment were decreased in two groups ,the decrease of ESR,RF and CRP in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Yishen Tongbi wine combined with methotrexate in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has significant effect ,is worthy of further study .
