A Study on the Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Open Access Institutional Repository

通过分析机构库评价的主要影响因素和评价研究的难点后,结合机构库评价的实际情况,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的层次分析法确定了评价指标体系的递阶层次结构;通过构造判断矩阵和计算组合权重,建立了机构库综合评价模型,并给出了依赖于指标层的目标评价公式;结合实际进行了评价验证。

By analyzing the main affecting factors and the difficulty in the evaluation of institutional repositories and the e- valuation studies, with the combination of the actual situation in the institutional repositories evaluation, using the combining AHP of the qualitative and quantitative analysis the evaluation index system of hierarchical structure has been determined; by eomtruet- ing the judging matrix and the computing combined weights, the index system of comprehensive evaluation model of institutional repository has been established, and the target depending on the index layer evaluation formula also has been given, which have been evaluated with the actual verification.
