综合型群件在协作群体信息共享中的应用及局限

Application and Limitations of Groupwares During the Process of Collaborative Group Information Sharing

群件是一类帮助完成群体协作的软件,在信息共享过程中发挥着重要作用。文章在描绘协作群体信息共享的一般过程的基础上,提出理想共享系统应具备的条件。分析总结当前常用综合型群件在共享方式、共享内容管理、权限控制和共享安全方面的应用,并归纳群件在信息共享领域的局限,向群件开发者提出一些改进建议。

Groupware is used to help collaborative works, and plays an important role during information sharing process. This article firstly described a model of collaborative group information sharing, assumed 7 conditions of a perfect sharing system, and then summarized the application of groupwares from the following four aspects： sharing patterns, shared information manage- mere, authority control, and security. Based on these detail discussion, some limitations of current groupwares were pointed out and some advices are then proposed.
