摘要
借鉴SERVQUAL等相关模型提出了电子政务信息服务公众满意度模型及指标体系,以南通市电子政务信息服务平台为对象,通过问卷收集数据,并运用结构方程模型方法进行模型检验和实证研究,通过象限分析法对结果进行分析,总结南通市电子政务信息服务公众满意的影响因素及提升策略。
With reference to SERVQUAL method and the related model, this paper brought up the public satisfaction mode of e- government info^atioo service. Using nantong e- government platform as subject, the model and hypothesis were empiri- cally tested based on structural equation model by the data from the questionnaire. Finally, some suggestions were given to im- prove the public satisfaction based on the quadrant analysis of this empirical study's results.
