高校图书馆知识分享的实践研究

Study on Practice of Knowledge Shared about University Library

知识分享作为知识管理的核心,对图书馆知识管理的效果起着决定性作用。作者对知识分享的含义进行了描述,从3个方面指出了知识分享的重要性。并分别从显性知识和隐性知识两方面对高校图书馆知识分享的实践进行了总结,提出了图书馆知识分享的四大保障机制,最后对图书馆知识分享未来的设想提出了自己的看法。

Knowledge sharing, as a core of knowledge management, plays a decisive role in the effect of knowledge man- agement. The author conducted a description about meanings of knowledge sharing and pointed out the importance of knowledge sharing from three aspects. Simultaneously, university library knowledge sharing practices were summarized from the two aspects of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, the four library knowledge sharing safeguard mechanisms were presented as well. At last the author put forward her own views about vision for the future in the library knowledge sharing.
