在阐述西部大开发的主要内容即新“江八条”的基础上 ,探讨西部大开发的八大战略思路与八条政策建议 。
Begins by expounding the main contents of Development of the West Regions,namely“President Jiang′s New Eight Principles”,then advances eight strategic ideas,eight policy proposals,eight major projects and eight financial channels relevant to Development of the West Regions.
