城镇绿色基础设施体系是基于生态环境、社会发展、经济可持续性发展的需要而建立的基础结构体系。突破传统的灰色基础设施,绿色基础设施从城市自然生命支撑系统的高度来实现城镇开放空间自然资源保护和利用的目标。生态优先、可持续发展的特点使绿色基础设施构建成为现代城镇可持续发展的一种全新的策略和方法。北极村的生态景观规划研究作为风景园林专业探索小城镇人居环境建设的研究案例,尝试将绿色基础设施理论融入我国小城镇人居环境规划建设,为当今城市化背景下的小城镇可持续发展建设探索一条新的途径。

Urban green infrastructure system is an eco-network system,usually built based on the need of ecological environment,social development and economic sustainability.It has exceeded the traditional gray infrastructure,achieving the goals of protecting and utilizing natural resources in urban open space from the height of urban natural life support system.Construction of Green infrastructure is emerging as a new strategy and method to construct modern ecological towns with the features of ecological priority and sustainable development.The ecological landscape planning in the Arctic Village as a case about small town living environment construction by landscape architecture attempts to utilize the green infrastructure into small town living environment planning and construction,and explore a new way of sustainable development and construction in small towns under the background of urbanization.
