编制城市绿地系统规划时应采用软微风玫瑰图

The Soft-breeze Rose Diagram as the Main Base in Urban Green Space System Planning

城市绿地系统规划依据风玫瑰图编制,仅考虑风向而未考虑风速,忽视了城市在静风和微风状态下空气处于严重污染时对人体健康的伤害,绿地系统作为开敞空间的生态效益未能得到充分的发挥。分析了风速与污染浓度的关系、污染浓度与人体健康的关系以及城市绿地系统与风速及污染浓度的关系,提出城市绿地系统规划在今天以人为本、生态优先的共识下,应重点考虑静风和微风风向,以软微风玫瑰图作为规划编制的依据,并提出了如何绘制软微风玫瑰图的建议。

When using a wind rose diagram in urban green space system planning,it only considers the wind direction and does not consider the wind speed,and ignores that in the breeze and calm wind state the air is a serious pollution damage to human body,so the ecological benefit of green space system has not got sufficient play.After analyzing the relationship between wind speed and pollution concentration,pollution concentration and human health,and the relationship of urban green space system and wind speed and concentration of pollution,this paper puts forward that the urban green system plan should be considered mainly in soft-breeze state,using soft-breeze rose diagram as the base for the planning.
