武汉工业遗产整体保护与可持续利用研究

Study on the Conservation and Sustainable Utilization of Industrial Heritage in Wuhan

中国近现代工业的摇篮——武汉拥有丰富的工业遗产资源。从历史特征、空间分布特征、类型特征、价值特征4方面解析武汉近现代工业遗产的特点,结合遗产特征探索武汉工业遗产整体保护与再利用的对策,即逐级开展整体保护工作、分级保护遗产、在开发建设中落实点线面相结合的保护思路,同时结合武昌滨江工业地带再开发的实践案例,研究城市复兴背景下如何对工业遗产进行可持续利用,以期为今后的工业遗产保护工作提供借鉴和参考。

Wuhan,the cradle of Chinese modern industry,has abundant industrial resources.Firstly,the paper analyses the characters of modern industrial heritages in Wuhan from the following aspects： history,space distribution,style and value.Then it explores the countermeasures of the conservation and reuse of modern industrial heritages,which need to launch the whole protection step by step,to classify the industrial heritages,and to combine the points,lines and zones of industrial heritage together for actualizing the idea of conservation.As thinking about the real case of riverside industrial zone in Wuchang,it studies how to utilize the industrial heritages sustainably based on the urban regeneration,and also provides successful experiences of others to go by.
