从市场化演进规律看我国当前经济成长的阶段性特征

A comment on the characteristics of China′s economic growth from a perspective of marketing evolution

我国目前经济增长速度下降是我国经济成长不成熟所致 ,不成熟突出体现为地区和部门间经济发展的不平衡性和市场发育的差距性 ,这一特点不利于市场的开拓 ,更深层的原因则是我国存在某种阻挠市场渗透和扩张的制度和思想阻力。通过对典型国家市场成长史的比较分析 ,可以看出我国阻碍市场渗透和扩张的因素主要有 :市场进入壁垒、财产和人身权利得不到有效保障、商业信用和契约缺乏严格保护、对知识产权保护不力。

The rapid growth of China′s economy seems to slow down now, which has much to do with the immaturity of its economic growth. The immaturity, which is shown in the uneven development of economy and market among different areas and industries, is unfavorable to market expansion.There are also some institutional and ideological obstacles in China which hinders the market infiltration and expansion. These obstacles are the key factors which lead to the deceleration of economic growth.Through a comparision among the market histories of different countries,we can see that the main obstacles in China are: barriers to entry,invalid protection of property rights, no strick institutions tosecure business credits and the constraints contracts, null protection of intellective property rights, and inadequate appropriate ideology under market economy.
