关于居住区配建廉租房的合理模式研究

随着我国的经济飞速发展,居民的收入差距也不断加大。住房居住分区、居住隔离的问题日益严峻,严重影响了社会的和谐发展。合理地分配住房,使得廉租房居民与商品房居民拥有平等的机会迫在眉睫。一个科学合理的配建模式,不仅能够解决居民歧视,居住分区的问题,对于整个社会的和谐发展也有着重要的意义。本文通过对北京市几个配建廉租房的居住区的调研,分析归纳出一些问题点,借鉴国内外先进经验,提出一些有关廉租房居民与商品房居民混居的策略,旨在提高廉租房居民的素质,改善其在整个居住区的生活质量。

With the rapid economic development, the income gap is increasing. The problem of residential district and residential isolation is increasingly severe. It＇s seriously affecting the harmony of society. It＇s very significant that rationally allocating housing and making the low- rent housing residents and housing residents have an equal opportunity. A reasonable pattern is not only resolving the problem of residents discrimination and residential district, but also promoting the social harmony. Based on the study of residential area with the construction of low-rent housing in Beijing, author summarizes some problems. Learning from the advanced experience, author raises some tactics about the mixed living pattern between low-rent housing residents and housing residents. The target is improving the quality of low-rent housing residents and the quality of life.
