援藏与西藏经济社会50年变

The Aid for Tibet Drive and the Changes in Tibetan Economy and Society over the Past 50 Years

回顾近 50年来国家对西藏的援助 ,特别是三次西藏工作会议以来的援藏工作 ,分析了援藏工作对西藏经济发展、社会进步的影响 ;指出了援藏工作中存在的问题 。

This paper passes in review the aid for Tibet granted by the Central Government over the past 50 years,especially the aid for Tibet drive carried out after the three conferences on the work of Tibet.It makes an analysis of the impact exerted by the aid for Tibet drive on the economic development and social progress in Tibet.It also points out the problems existing in the aid for Tibet work and the countermeasures that should be taken. [
