民族高等教育是我国民族教育的最高层次 ,同时亦是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。国家创办民族高等院校的宗旨 ,即通过民族高等院校 ,培养民族地区和少数民族急需高等专门人才。教学工作 ,则是民族院校实现人才培养的基本途径 ,其各个环节 ,直接影响着人才培养的质量。教学管理是促使教学工作和教学活动正常运行的有力保证。随着社会的不断发展和教育各项改革的深入 ,教学管理的改革也日趋迫切 。

Ethnic higher education is the highest level of ethnic education and an important component part of higher education of our country. The aim of setting up ethnic institutions of higher learning is to turn out high-level talents for ethnic areas.Education is the basic method for ethnic colleges and universities to train personnel of various professions, and teaching and learning exert direct impact on the quality of personnel training. A good educational administration is necessary for the smooth operation of all educational activities. With the increasing development of the society and the deepening of various educational reforms, educational administration reform is also imperative, especially in ethnic colleges and universities. [
