摘要
实验研究了高纯石墨材料制备过程中,等静压成型工艺参数对制品的影响。研究了升、降压速度,等静压压力及保压时间、包套长径比对压坯体积密度的影响。结果表明,降低升压速度、增加等静压压力有利于提高制品密度,适当的降压速度、保压时间和包套长径比可使压坯致密均匀。
The experimental study for the effect of isostatic pressing moulding parameters on high purity graphite products is carried out during the preparation of high purity graphite materials. The following items are researched, such as the rate of pressure rise, pres- sure decay rate, the pressure of isostatie pressing and dwell time, and the effect of eapsule length - diameter ratio on bulk density of green compact. The results show that reducing the rate of pressure rise, increasing the pressure of isostatic pressing is beneficial to increasing of the products density, the appropriate pressure decay rate, dwell time and capsule's length - diameter ratio can make the green compact more comnact and homogeneous.
