摘要
考虑到环境应力筛选对于不同产品体现出非通用性和动态性的特征,以GJB1032中规定的筛选方法为基础,结合某型导弹的具体特点,以某导引系统为例进行了ESS方案的初始设计,并根据筛选效果对筛选方案进行了适当调整;对最终的筛选结果进行详细分析,从故障在不同等级分布、故障类别分布和筛选对于产品的寿命损耗三个方面评价ESS方案的有效性,验证了最终环境应力筛选方案的有效性。
Considering the environmental stress screening (ESS) for different products reflects non versatile and dynamic characteristic, based on the screening method specified in GJB1032, combined with the specific character of a certain type of missile, an initial ESS scheme for a certain guiding system is de signed. Then, appropriate adjustment to the ESS scheme is made according to the screening effectiveness. Finally, the final screening result is analyzed in detail, and the effectiveness of the ESS scheme is evalua ted from the following three aspects: the fault distribution in different grades, fault type distribution and the influence on the loss of service life. The effectiveness of the final ESS scheme is verified.
